Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pearl Baby Collection, we are committed to providing the highest quality baby essentials for your little one. If an item does not fit or you need a different color/design, we offer a straightforward exchange process within 5 days of delivery.

1. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Time Limit: The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or scents, with all original tags attached.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging box or bag.

2. Refunds & Store Credit

• No Cash Refunds: We operate an exchange-only and store-credit policy. If you do not wish to select a replacement immediately, we will issue a store credit voucher valid for 6 months.
• Price Differences: If the replacement item has a higher price, you can top up via M-Pesa. If lower, the balance is retained as store credit.

3. Non-Returnable & Hygiene Items

For health and baby hygiene safety, the following items are strictly non-returnable once packaging has been opened:

• Baby feeding bottles, nipples, and sterilizers
• Pacifiers, teethers, and oral care items
• Baby underwear and diapering essentials

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item immediately and cover all courier exchange costs.

5. Physical Store Drop-offs

You are welcome to bring items directly to any of our 3 branches for an on-the-spot size swap:

• Ronald Ngala: Nairobi City Centre Mall, 3rd Floor, Shop 301/ 317 (Use Lift), along Ronald Ngala Street
• Simara Mall: 7th Floor, Shop 16 (Use Lift B), Tom Mboya Street, Opposite Archives (Former Tuskys Building)
• Kamakis: SG Square, 1st Floor, Shops F1 & F2, Opposite Shell Petrol Station
