Yes, 100% safe! Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment details are completely secure. All M-Pesa transactions are processed directly through Safaricom Daraja API.

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (0711 673 265) before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, modifications cannot be made until delivered.

We offer swift nationwide delivery:

• Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Same-day delivery (for orders placed before 2:00 PM) or next-day delivery.
• Other Towns & Counties in Kenya: 1 to 2 business days via trusted couriers (Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, G4S, Pickup Mtaani, or regional parcel shuttles).

Delivery charges depend on your delivery location and parcel weight. Rates are calculated automatically during checkout. We offer Free Delivery for orders over KSh 10,000 within Nairobi CBD & environs.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp confirmation with your waybill / tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page to check current status.

We want you and your baby to be completely happy with every purchase:

• Exchange Window: We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
• Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refunds: No cash refunds. We offer store credits or size/item exchanges.
• Hygiene Items: For baby hygiene reasons, feeding bottles, pacifiers, and underwear cannot be exchanged once seal is opened.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp (0711 673 265). We will replace it immediately at no additional delivery cost to you.

Baby sizing is best determined by weight and length rather than age alone. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide page for exact clothing and shoe measurements.

Absolutely! All our baby clothing is crafted from soft, breathable, hypoallergenic cotton and gentle fabrics that protect your baby’s delicate skin. We ensure non-toxic dyes and secure fasteners on all onesies, rompers, and sleepsuits.

We recommend machine washing cold on gentle cycle with baby-safe mild detergent. Wash with like colors, tumble dry low or line dry in the shade, and warm iron on reverse if needed.
