Speed: Same-day or next-day delivery.
Cutoff: Orders placed by 2:00 PM dispatched same day.
Fee: From KSh 200 – KSh 400 depending on exact estate.
🚚 Upcountry Kenya (All Counties)
Speed: 1 to 2 business days.
Couriers: Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, G4S, Pickup Mtaani, regional shuttles.
Fee: From KSh 300 – KSh 600 based on weight & destination.
1. Free Delivery Offer
We offer Free Delivery on all qualifying retail orders exceeding KSh 10,000 within Nairobi CBD and surrounding urban zones. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout.
2. Order Processing Timelines
- Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) are packed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business morning.
- You will receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp confirmation containing your courier tracking/waybill number once dispatched.
3. Parcel Tracking & Receiving
You can track your package status anytime on our Track Order page. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is reachable to coordinate seamless handoff with your rider or parcel collection point.
4. Store Pickup (In-Person Collection)
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can select free Store Pickup at checkout and collect from any of our 3 Nairobi shops (Ronald Ngala, Simara Mall, or SG Square Kamakis) at your convenience.
